Meet Dave

I'm a SCAD-dad of a video game design major that has come to love and appreciate Savannah as my 2nd home! A top listing and buyer's agent with seventeen plus years of licensed realty experience that's been blessed to help over 1700 families buy, sell, or invest in real estate. I also have a wealth of educational experience and certifications - Luxury, CDPE, ABR, SFR and life experience as a Real Estate Investor in single family homes, small multifamily, mid-term rentals, short term rentals and large multifamily with past closed transactions for both myself and my clients in wholesaling, flipping, and holding.

I partner with colleagues on commercial transactions. In late 2023, I became licensed for residential mortgages with Mutual of Omaha mortgage to further benefit my clients!
